Cafe D' Lite Hainanese Chicken Rice

I have been wondering for awhile where to find the best Hainanese Chicken Rice in Vancouver. I've tried this dish at Curry House (Yaohan Centre food court), Mui Garden and now Cafe D' Lite. I have been to Singapore three times and never tried Hainanese Chicken Rice. Having read recently that this dish could aptly be called the 'national dish' of good old Singapore, I am most intrigued as to how I could have missed out on it, and how I might interpret the Platonic ideal of this famous chicken platter should I find a decent dish in Vancouver or Richmond.
