Last night in Siem Reap! What to have for dinner? Dominic noticed a couple Suki Soup restaurants in town and decided to give one a try. This Suki Soup is my first time eating steamboat! The fresh ingredients, raw meat and vegetables, are added to a boiling broth and the soup served from the middle of the table. A fantastic experience. more...

On the way to Angkor Wat is this bbq restaurant that looks very good for an evening of dining. It features an outdoor cooking and seating area with a nightly shadow puppet performance. more...

Considering this, I was amazed to look at the menu of, among other creations, Stir Fried Red Tree Ants with Beef and Holy Basil. Now that is a dish made just for me! :) more...
