Near my house is one of the top three Vietnamese restaurants in Vancouver. Le Petit Saigon Vietnamese Restaurant is run by Andy & Vicky, two of the best-looking, friendly and good-cooking restauranteurs I have seen. Their restaurant is always busy and they have what looks like a huge repeat business of both white customers and Asians.
A classic dish: Lemongrass Chicken over Dry Vermicelli. I usually judge a Vietnamese restaurant by their quality of lemongrass chicken. Like their other bbq dishes, Le Petit Saigon delivers a flavorful recipe that satisfies the craving. I always order a side of fried springroll - and the fried springroll here is the best in Vancouver! Not kidding.
